Vulcan Plastics Technology is truly a global supplier of thermoforming tooling, aside from China, we have customers all over the world in such places as Russia, Poland, Australia, Canada, Mexico and the US just to name a few. All of these customers have recognized the quality and service we have been providing and the partnership has been great.
Our customers are recognizing the value in our tools as they are able to reduce the cycle time from inception to the delivery of trays, while at the same time taking costs out of their process.
We recently added a new machining center to accommodate our sales growth along with some additional peripheral equipment we are positioned for the next wave.
As an example of how we work together we just are just finishing up our first complete family set of tools that represented over 20 new trays all with the same wide window design concept. We worked with customer on product concepts, provided several design alternatives, narrowed it down to the preferred concept, provided sample trays and finally produced all of the tooling necessary to launch the new product.
